Career Opportunities for Drivers
Due to our continuous growth, we are constantly looking to recruit new drivers in order to meet our customers demands. Previous experience is preferable but not always essential if you have moderate knowledge of Horsham and the surrounding areas. Job Description:
Job Title: Licensed Private Hire Driver

Duties: Driving all over Horsham and surrounding areas. Using the company’s in car despatch technology and satellite navigation system relating with the dispatch office and customers.

Conditions: All positions are on a self-employed basis. All vehicles supplied and serviced by AAA2B. Owner drivers are also welcome.

Criteria: Minimum age is 25, however younger drivers can be accomodated in certain circumstances. Experience as a Taxi Driver is advantageous but not essential. Good communication skills and an understanding of customer services is essential.

 

Call Centre Operators
Our Call Centre is continuosly growing, and as a result we are regularly recruiting Call Centre Operators for both day and night shifts. We can accomodate full or part time employees on a rostered shift basis. Previous experience in a call centre is preferable, but not essential as training will be given. Excellent communication and keyboard skills with an understanding of customer services is essential.

Please note that we carry out telephone interviews, typing and spelling tests for these roles. Two weeks full-time training compulsory which is paid for both part and full-time positions.

Job Description:
Job Title: Call Centre Operator/Controller

Reports to: Call Centre Controller & Managers

Main Duties: To take bookings from customers in an efficient and timely manner and any other duties required by managment.

Essential Skills & Advantages: Typing and spelling. Previous Call Centre experience, industry knowledge would be advantageous.

People Dealt With: Customer Relations, Control Room, Controller, Managers and Directors.

Performance Standards: The highest level of confidentiality is required at all times. Governed by the data protection act, no information relating to employer, employee, customers and general company information, may be disclosed without the prior concent of the company.

The Jobholder Will At All Times: Be polite, curteous and professional when communicating with clients, potential customers and staff. Ensure that at every opportunity the services of the company are being promoted and marketed in a courteous and professional manner. Make every effort to ensure that customers / staff needs and expectations are being met. Be smart and well groomed, ensure that your appearance meets the highest standards of the Company.

Core Hours: Days Shifts start at 07:00hrs - 19:00hrs. Night Shifts start at 19:00hrs - 07:00hrs. Other shifts are available.

Special Circumstances: From time to time it may be necessary for the jobholder to be flexible in meeting the needs of the company and its customers. This may require the jobholder to work extra hours or carry out other duties, which are not listed in this job description.
