Gatwick Airport is the closest airport to Horsham. We generally recommend a journey time of 30 minutes, however it is advised to increase this to 45 minutes during the holiday season.You can find more information here.

- Call our dedicated arrival line as you reach customs.
- To reduce pick up charges call again once you are kerbside and ready to be collected.
Pick up & Drop off charges
From 8th March 2021 Gatwick Airport have introduced drop off and pick up charges.
- £6.00 for 10 minutes
- £1.00 per minute thereafter up to 20 minutes
- Maximum charge is £25.00 for 30 minutes
Meet & Greet Service
AAA offer a full meet and greet service. Whether it is business or pleasure you can be assured our driver will have a board with your name and will be waiting at arrivals.
Pick up & Drop off – other option
Our driver’s are able to drop off and pick up in the long stay car park. Gatwick Airport has a free shuttle bus which runs from this car park to the terminal. This will add time to your journey so please bear this in mind when booking.

AAA2B great service as usual. Arrive a couple of minutes before requested departure time so you don't have that "where's my taxi, is it really coming feeling". They achieve this by managing what they say yes to. Drivers are always polite and courteous. Great service.
Always lovely and co-operative drivers who are punctual and never moan when they can’t find our (very hard to find!) house. What I also like about A2B drivers is their helpfulness when I have my 100 year old mother with me..they help her from the car to and from our destinations.
I booked a taxi to take an elderly relative back home to her house an hour away on Saturday 4th August. I was away at the time so had to book the taxi a couple of weeks early. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn’t go to plan but I needn’t have worried. The texts I received showed me that the taxi was on the way and it arrived exactly on time. The car was very presentable and my Aunt felt very safe on her journey. She said the driver (Abubakkar) was so lovely and very professional (think they swapped life stories!!). Please can you pass my thanks to him. It was also great that I could use the app to track that she was home safe and sound. Would thoroughly recommend.

Of all of the private hire/executive car services that I have used over many years AAA2B stands out, because of their promptness, their ability to react to sometimes changing travel circumstances, the friendliness and customer service of their booking and finance staff and particularly the quality of their chauffeurs. I’ve been a regular customer with AAA2B for many years now, absolutely no reason to look elsewhere. Booking on the App is easy, service is always prompt and reliable, fixed prices for my regular Heathrow and Gatwick airport runs, and the drivers are friendly yet professional. Turns out that rides to the local hospitals are fixed-fare too, as I discovered a couple of years back when on the wrong side of an unfortunate sports injury. Driver was super helpful with doors and crutches, for which I was very grateful. AAA2B is one transport provider that can be relied upon.
The lovely lady who I called and booked the cab was so helpful as in this pandemic situation we are all facing I needed a taxi to pick my son up from Horsham to bring to Crawley and I called every Crawley taxi company and not one of them were willing to travel to Horsham so my boy said try a Horsham cab company so I googled it and the 2nd company I called said YES I explained the situation and she was so Helpful as being a MuM I was panicking but she sorted it and allowed me to pay by bank card so a big shout out for AAA 2 B CARS THANK YOU X
